ColourBurst Lithographic Limited is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use the personal information you supply to us. In using our website, any of our services or by providing us with any personal information we will assume you are agreeing to your information being used and disclosed in the ways described in this policy.

1. WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We do not collect any personal information about you without your consent. We may invite you to provide us with information in order to provide you with services such as; enquiry response, email newsletters, information updates and special offers on our services. Any personal information you submit will be stored in a safe way within our internal content management systems and will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties. We will only ever contact you with information that we feel may be beneficial to you/your company.
We do not store any credit card or payment details on our systems - such information is only used to process your payment via a credit card processing company.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. We are permitted to use the information that you submit/we collect to:

  • Process, produce & deliver your order
  • Monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us improve our website
  • Provide information about our print services, products and special offers etc
We will only send you marketing information via email. If you have requested a quotation or have placed an order, we may need to communicate with you by phone.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third parties for commercial reasons, beyond the requirement for credit card validation during payment. These organisations are under strict legal obligations to keep your personal information private.
